 - 概要
 - A technique for increasing the apparent image
quality of a displayed image is developed. The
technique is hereby referred to as Motion
Dithering and extends the traditional approaches
of dithering, anti-aliasing, and down-sampling of
high resolution images by associating motion with
the original still or animated image. This
additional degree of freedom will allow display
devices to more accurately represent the original
high resolution image. This technique will prove
increasingly beneficial in display systems with low
resolution or low number of intensity levels.
