Findings from a study conducted at the University of North Texas indicate that CAI tools are not, for the most part, utilized to develop computer based instructional materials by the educators responding to the survey. Only 35% of those responding have written CAI software and even a smaller percentage have used an authoring system to create the software. Results of the survey are provided
