Abstract: Kyng offers a design methodology. He steps through
        the Scandinavian experiences with end user
        participation, and reviews several tools and
        techniques which will: 1) establish possibilities of
        alternative forms of work within the workplace; 2)
        evolve the local work situation through a cycle
        involving situation analysis, goal discussion, and
        investigation of possible courses of actions; 3)
        create a vision of new and different uses of
        technology; and 4) view the design through mock-up
        simulations.
